The REACH Initiative is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed to reward metro Atlanta high school student-athletes who have faced challenges or hardships with academic and life support and exposure to cultural and educational experiences. We focus our efforts around three programs: monetary support, mentorship and motivation.

Monetary Support

Reward academic success through scholarships for junior and senior student-athletes to ease post-graduation burdens.

Mentorship

Match former student-athletes demonstrating professional and personal achievement with current program participants to establish strong bonds. Our goal is to provide mentees with exposure to life lessons often absent from the traditional school curriculum.

Motivation

Motivate past program participants to reach the next generation of student-athletes and create a cycle of support within our metro-Atlanta community. We strive to create bridges from one student-athlete to the next.
