bRIAN Q. LEE | Founder

Brian was a two-sport Varsity player at Westlake High School. During a summer two-a-day practice leading into his senior year, Brian experienced an ankle injury that limited his mobility and essentially squashed his chances of playing college football.

At age 46, Brian’s mother was diagnosed with breast cancer – her illness weighed heavily on his mind in the months leading up to graduation.

Looking back, Brian wished he had someone with whom he could have shared his thoughts and ideas and known he or she would relate, having experienced similar circumstances.

This is the premise upon which Brian founded The REACH Initiative.

In his professional life, Brian is responsible for Order Management at Chick-fil-A. He has over ten years experience spanning large organizations like General Electric, Accenture Consulting and Kimberly-Clark.

A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University and Penn State University, you can hear Brian chanting “Aggie Pride” or “We Are…” He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
